Corporate Office Cleaning

Office And Janitorial Cleaning For Corporate Offices, Headquarters And Multi-Floor Buildings Across Nyc And Long Island.

EEB Cleaning Services NY cleans corporate offices and business facilities across New York City and Long Island. Headquarters, single suites, multi-floor buildings and office parks all run on the schedule you pick, from once a week to every weeknight, so the place is ready when your team walks in.

Here's how it works. Every account starts with a walkthrough, where we look at the space and agree on what you want cleaned. You get a set price for each billing cycle, one person at EEB to call, and a supervisor who inspects the space every 4 weeks. The price only changes if you change the service or ask us for something extra. If the office needs more than the regular visit, we can add day porter coverage, carpet extraction, floor care or a disinfection service.

Corporate Office Cleaning - Who we clean for

Who We Clean For

Most of our corporate clients look like one of these. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

  • Corporate headquarters and regional offices that need cleaning a few times a week or every weeknight.
  • Companies leasing one or more floors in a Manhattan, Brooklyn or Long Island City building, where each tenant hires its own cleaners.
  • Offices in Long Island office parks, like the Route 110 corridor in Melville, Hauppauge and Garden City.
  • Property managers looking after lobbies, corridors, elevators and shared restrooms in multi-tenant buildings.
  • Coworking spaces and shared offices that get used from early morning to late at night.
  • Companies moving in, expanding or getting ready to leave an office.

When Companies Call Us

Nobody shops for a new cleaning company when everything's going fine. Usually one of these is what gets an office manager or facilities lead to pick up the phone.

  • The current cleaners keep skipping things, and nobody answers when you complain.
  • You're moving into a new office and want it clean before day one.
  • Your lease is ending and the space has to go back in good shape.
  • A renovation or fit-out just wrapped up and there's construction dust on everything.
  • An audit, a client visit or a board meeting is coming up.
  • A big event, party or all-hands left the place a mess.
  • You've taken another floor and want it cleaned to the same standard as the first.

Corporate Office Cleaning - What is corporate cleaning?

What Is Corporate Cleaning?

Corporate cleaning is scheduled, contract-based cleaning of a company's offices and shared building areas. It covers workstations, private offices, conference rooms, kitchens and break rooms, restrooms, reception and floors, and it follows the service agreed with the client.

It's different from a one-off office clean in three ways. The same tasks get done on a set schedule, so the work doesn't depend on who happens to be on shift. You have one point of contact and a supervisor who checks the work. And the bigger jobs, like carpet extraction or stripping and waxing the floors, are planned into the year instead of booked in a rush once something starts to look rough.

What Our Corporate Cleaning Includes

Every regular visit covers the same core services, no matter how big your office is.

  • Workstations and private offices: trash and recycling emptied, floors vacuumed. We don't touch desks, computers or personal items unless you ask us to, and plenty of companies prefer it that way.
  • Conference rooms: tables wiped, chairs pushed in, whiteboards cleaned if you ask.
  • Kitchens and break rooms: counters, sinks, appliance fronts, microwaves and tables cleaned and sanitized. We can load or empty the dishwasher on request.
  • Restrooms: toilets, urinals, sinks and fixtures cleaned and sanitized, and soap and paper restocked from your supply. Busy building? Take a look at our restroom sanitization page.
  • Reception and lobbies: front desk and seating wiped down, entrance glass spot-cleaned, mats vacuumed.
  • High-touch points: door handles, light switches, elevator buttons and shared equipment cleaned and disinfected using appropriate products and procedures. There's more on our high-touch surface sanitization page.
  • Floors: hard floors swept and mopped, carpets vacuumed.

Some work isn't part of the regular visit, and we'd rather tell you now than surprise you on an invoice. Interior windows, glass walls and partitions, carpet extraction, floor buffing, floor stripping and waxing, vent dusting, upholstery care and detailed conference room cleaning are all add-ons. You choose which ones you want and when, and each one is priced separately.

Office Cleaning Checklist: What We Cover

Here's a quick checklist of what corporate cleaning with us usually covers. We go over it with you at the walkthrough and settle on what makes sense for your space.

  • Regular visits: empty trash and recycling, clean and restock restrooms, clean kitchens and break rooms, disinfect high-touch points, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, dust ledges and window sills, wipe down conference rooms and spot-clean entrance glass.
  • On request: wipe baseboards, clean inside microwaves and fridges, and clean desks and computers. We leave desks and computers alone unless you ask.
  • Add-ons you can book when you need them: carpet cleaning by hot water extraction, floor stripping and waxing, floor buffing, interior window and glass partition cleaning, and vent dusting.

How A Corporate Cleaning Contract Starts

Switching cleaning companies shouldn't take weeks of back and forth. Here's what actually happens.

  1. Walkthrough. We come by, count workstations, restrooms and kitchens, and note any spots that need extra attention.
  2. Service and price. We confirm the services you've chosen and your price for each billing cycle. Billing cycles run every 4, 12, 24, 52 or 104 weeks. The price stays the same unless you change the service or request extra work.
  3. Reset clean, if needed. If the office is overdue for a proper clean, we start with a one-time deep cleaning reset so regular visits begin from a clean slate.
  4. Building access. We check the building's vendor requirements with management and agree on how keys, fobs and the alarm are handled.
  5. First week. A supervisor checks the work and fine-tunes things with your office manager.
  6. After that. We aim to keep the same crew on your account, you have one contact person at EEB, and a supervisor inspects the space every 4 weeks.

Corporate Office Cleaning - Janitorial and day porter services

Janitorial And Day Porter Services

Some offices need someone on site during the day as well as a full clean after hours. A day porter keeps the restrooms stocked, tidies the kitchen after lunch, deals with spills, empties bins before they overflow and resets conference rooms between meetings. You see day porters a lot in busy Manhattan and Long Island City offices, and in buildings with steady visitor traffic.

We provide day porter and janitorial crew members for a few hours a day or a full shift, on top of your regular cleaning or on their own. Building managers in NYC and on Long Island also bring us in for lobby, corridor and elevator cleaning in multi-tenant buildings.

Corporate Cleaning Plans And Options

There are a few ways to set up corporate cleaning with us. The right one depends on what kind of office you have, how big it is and how often you want us there.

  • Promotional office plans for eligible private-sector offices. Standard office spaces from 100 to 5,000 square feet may qualify for set plans at one, three or five visits a week. On these plans, each visit costs less as the number of visits goes up. Small offices run up to 1,000 square feet, medium offices up to 3,000 and large offices up to 5,000.
  • Standard office pricing. If a private-sector office doesn't qualify for a promotional plan, or needs a different schedule, we price by square footage and frequency. That works for buildings of any size and anything from one day a week to seven, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or on call for events.
  • Government office pricing. Public-sector contracts are priced separately, through a written bid for each contract.
  • Day porter and janitorial coverage. Priced by the hours a crew member is on site, either on its own or added to a regular plan.
  • Add-ons. Carpet extraction, floor care, interior windows and glass, vent dusting, upholstery care and fogging and misting disinfection, each priced on the area treated.

Salons, gyms, restaurants and industrial spaces need more than a standard office clean, so we quote those one at a time after a visit.

  • Floor types and the number of floors
  • Building access, security and the time window we have to clean
  • Supplies and equipment: whether you provide your own or EEB supplies them, and how much the space needs

Do you work with property managers and building owners? +
Yes. Property managers bring us in for lobbies, corridors, elevators, shared restrooms and entrances in multi-tenant office buildings, and for vacant suites between tenants. If we notice a building issue, like a leak or a broken fixture, we'll let you know.

Do you clean large or multi-floor offices? +

Do you disinfect offices? +
Yes. High-touch points like door handles, light switches, elevator buttons and shared equipment are cleaned and disinfected on every visit, using appropriate products and procedures. If someone in the office has been ill, you can add a whole-office disinfection service, including fogging and misting for large open-plan floors. Ask us about our sanitization procedures.
Do you provide day porter or daytime janitorial service? +

What supplies do you bring, and what should we have on site? +
You can use your own cleaning products and equipment, or EEB can supply professional-grade products, sanitizers and disinfectants. For smaller areas, we may supply cleaning products as part of the service. For larger spaces or high volumes, an equipment or supply fee may be added to your total price. To keep each visit running smoothly, please have these basics on site: Broom and dustpan, Mop and bucket, Toilet brush, Garbage bags and liners, Hand soap and paper towels. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and trash liners can come from your company or from EEB, whichever you prefer. If EEB supplies them, the cost may be added to your invoice as its own line. Our crew checks stock levels each visit and lets your office manager know when anything is running low.
Do you offer savings on recurring office plans? +
Some offices qualify. Private-sector offices that qualify for and choose a promotional plan of one, three or five visits a week are enrolled in Wallet Rewards. Every 24 weeks, 5% of what was paid on that plan during the period is credited to the account, and you can use the credit toward any EEB service, including deep cleans and add-ons. It doesn't expire while the account stays active. Wallet Rewards don't apply to standard office pricing, government contracts, one-time cleanings or resets. Ask us whether your office qualifies.
