EEB's property cleanout services cover Estate Cleanouts, Full Property Cleanouts, Eviction & Tenant Cleanouts, Garage, Basement & Attic Cleanouts, and Move-Out & Rental Turnover Cleanouts. Bank-owned properties are covered by our Foreclosure Cleaning service.
If you point out photos, documents, jewelry or other items to keep, we set them aside, and we may flag other items for your review. We can't promise to identify every valuable or sentimental item, so it helps to go through the home first. EEB doesn't appraise or buy estate property as part of a cleanout. If you need an appraiser or an estate-sale company, we can help coordinate one where available.
