Sewage Backup Cleanup
Cleanup of the surfaces and materials affected when sewage backs up into a basement, bathroom or utility area: removing waste and debris, cleaning and treating hard surfaces, and removing contaminated items you've agreed to let go. Every sewage request is assessed first, because contamination levels and affected materials vary. If drying, extraction or restoration equipment is needed, EEB may arrange it as part of the assessed scope.
If walls, flooring or other building materials are damaged, EEB may perform, coordinate, arrange or refer qualified service professionals or specialized resources as appropriate to the project, based on scope, availability, qualifications, equipment, safety requirements and applicable law for removal, restoration or replacement, and your quote states the approved scope.

We find where a persistent odor is coming from and choose the treatment for the job, which may include standard deodorization, ozone treatment, thermal fogging or a multi-day treatment when appropriate and safe. Odors often come from something that can't be seen: waste under flooring, a hidden spill, a long-neglected area. Results depend on the source, how long it's been there and what it has soaked into. Animal Waste And Household Contamination
Cleanup of heavy animal waste and the surfaces it has affected, and contamination in a home or unit that goes beyond what a regular or deep cleaning should handle. Damaged furniture and appliances can be hauled away in the same job.

After
We walk you through what was cleaned, treated and removed. In the meantime, keep people and pets away from the affected area and take photos for your records and any insurance claim.
