Airbnb Linen Service in Long Island & NYC

Linen Service For Short-Term Rental Hosts

At a glance

  • For a busy host, laundry is often what holds up the whole turnover.
  • Your price depends on the size of the property (bedrooms, beds and bathrooms), how many sets are changed each turnover, whether laundry is done on-site or off-site, and how often you book.
  • EEB's linen service takes that off your list.

Between one guest leaving and the next one arriving, the beds have to be stripped, the sheets and towels washed, and everything made up again. For a busy host, laundry is often what holds up the whole turnover.

EEB's linen service takes that off your list. We wash your sheets, towels and bedding and remake the beds, so the property is ready for the next check-in. We work with hosts and property managers across Nassau County, Long Island and New York City.

We Care For Your Linens; We Don't Rent Them

Many "linen services" rent sheets, towels and uniforms to restaurants and hotels on a delivery route.

EEB's linen service is for the linens you already own: we change them, launder them and get them ready for your next guest.

If you're weighing renting against buying, that's your call; we make sure the linens you have are clean and ready.

On-Site Or Off-Site Laundry

If your property has a washer and dryer, laundry can be done there during the turnover. If not, or if there's too much to finish in time, linens can be washed off-site and brought back folded. Tell us how your property is set up when you book.

Linen Service With Turnover Cleaning

Linen change is included at our Guest-Ready Setup turnover tier and above, so many hosts book it together with cleaning. See Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning. If you only need the linens handled, you can book linen service on its own.

Do you provide the linens? −
No. EEB's linen service covers the linens you own for your property; we don't rent linens.
Can linens be ready for a same-day check-in? +
It depends on the amount of laundry, your schedule and the service window. Tell us your checkout and check-in times when you book, and we'll confirm what's possible for that booking.
Can I book linen service without a turnover cleaning? +
Yes. Linen service can be booked with a turnover cleaning or on its own.
Do you work with property managers who have several units? +
Yes. Tell us how many properties you manage and how often they turn over, and we'll set up a schedule.
Is paying for a linen service worth it? +
For many hosts, the time saved and fewer delays at check-in make it worthwhile, especially with back-to-back bookings.
Can spare linen sets stay at the property? +
Yes, when you provide a place to store them.
Do you work with small hotels and motels? +
Yes, using the property's own linens. Larger-volume or time-sensitive needs are reviewed and quoted for the property.
What happens if a sheet or towel is stained or damaged? +
We'll let you or your property contact know, with photos when helpful, so you can decide how to handle it.
