Moving week leaves very little room for cleaning. If you're moving out, the apartment has to be ready for the final walkthrough while you're still packing the last boxes. If you're moving in, you want the place clean before your furniture goes in, not after. An empty home is the easiest time to clean properly, and there's usually a date it has to be done by.
EEB cleans empty homes before move-in and after move-out, and helps with the work around the move: packing, unpacking, clearing rooms and getting belongings ready for storage.

What A Move-Out Or Move-In Clean Includes
- Kitchen: cabinets and drawers inside and out, counters, sink and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, tub or shower, mirrors and fixtures
- Baseboards and floors throughout
- Dust and marks on surfaces furniture used to hide
For a home already in good shape between occupants, the Move-In / Move-Out Refresh is a lighter clean.
Add-Ons That Often Come Up
Inside the oven and refrigerator, interior windows and blinds, carpet cleaning and wall washing for scuffs and marks. Choose them when you request the quote so they're priced into the same visit.
Help With The Move Itself
Moving support is about the work around a move, inside the home. EEB doesn't transport belongings between addresses.
- Packing: packing a household into boxes, wrapping fragile items and labeling boxes by room, using your materials or boxes, tape, shrink wrap and bubble wrap supplied by EEB and itemized in your quote
- Unpacking: unloading boxes into the right rooms, setting rooms up and taking away empty boxes and packing material
- Room clearing: emptying rooms, closets and cabinets, and taking furniture apart or putting it back together
- Storage preparation: wrapping furniture, appliances and belongings for short- or long-term storage
Each moving support service is quoted, and its scope confirmed, before the job. Things you're not taking can be hauled away through our junk removal service.

What To Expect
Before. We review your details and photos and send your quote to your dashboard. We confirm the cleaning time against your move date.
During. The crew cleans the empty home top to bottom, room by room, starting with cabinets and drawers before floors.
After. The home is ready for the walkthrough or your furniture. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we'll review it with you.
How Your Quote Is Worked Out
The price depends on the size of the home, the number of rooms and bathrooms, its condition (a lightly used apartment and a unit left in rough shape are different jobs), whether it's a full move-out or a refresh, and any add-ons. Move cleaning is quoted after we review your details.
