With an overnight or after-hours schedule, the cleaning team comes in once your people have left and works through the agreed plan: trash and recycling, restrooms, breakrooms, floors and common areas. There's no vacuum running during a meeting and no one mopping around your customers.
You choose the nights. Some clients book every weeknight; others pick two or three nights a week and add a deeper clean every few weeks. The same plan is followed each visit, so you know what's been done when you walk in.
Before service begins, we agree on how your building is accessed and locked up. Keys, access credentials and alarm instructions are handled only as needed for your account.
Day porter service keeps your building presentable while it's in use. Instead of one full clean a day, the porter works through the scheduled service period and handles things as they come up. Depending on your plan, duties can include:
