Specialized And Regulated Systems

Kitchen exhaust hoods and ductwork, grease traps, fire-suppression components and other regulated systems are a different kind of work from routine cleaning.

Certain specialized or regulated services may require additional qualifications, equipment, licensing, certifications, or service arrangements.

Availability and service requirements are determined based on the specific project. Ask about these when you request your quote.

Kitchen Deep Cleaning And How Often To Do It

Most restaurants need two kinds of cleaning: the nightly reset that keeps the space in order, and a deeper clean every so often that reaches behind and under equipment, high shelves and walls. How often depends on your menu and volume; kitchens with heavy frying or grilling build up grease faster than a café.

We schedule around your service hours: after close, overnight or on the day you're closed, based on your schedule, access and our availability. For more on keeping a kitchen in shape between visits, read our commercial kitchen cleaning guide.

How Restaurant Cleaning Is Priced

Key pricing facts
Restaurant and kitchen cleaning is quoted after we review your space.
The price depends on the size of the dining room and kitchen, how much equipment there is, how heavy the grease buildup is, how often you need us, and whether the work happens overnight or on a closed day.
Supplies can be provided by you or by EEB; for large volumes a supply fee is shown on your quote.
If the space or items turn out to be noticeably different from what was described, we'll explain the difference and confirm any change to the scope, price or timing before continuing.
Extra work is only added with your approval.

What gets cleaned in a restaurant deep clean? −
Everything in a nightly clean, plus the areas that don't get daily attention: behind and under equipment that can be safely moved (fixed, connected or very heavy equipment is reviewed and quoted separately), walls and backsplashes, high shelves and the hood exterior. Your quote lists the exact scope.
Can you clean while we're closed for the day? +
Yes. Closed-day and overnight service may be available, based on your schedule, access and our availability. A closed day gives time to move what can be safely moved and give floors extra attention.
Will this help us pass a health inspection? +
Regular professional cleaning helps keep your space in good order, but inspections cover much more than cleaning, including food handling and storage. We don't promise inspection results.
What about exhaust hoods, ductwork or grease traps? +
These are specialized or regulated systems that may require additional qualifications, equipment, licensing, certifications or service arrangements. Ask about them when you request your quote, and we'll let you know what's available for your project.
Do you also clean dumpsters? +
Yes. Large commercial dumpster cleaning can be added to a service or booked on its own.
