Room-Specific Cleaning in Nassau, Suffolk & NYC

Kitchen, Bathroom And Single-Room Cleans

Sometimes the house is fine and it's one room that isn't. The bathroom with soap scum building on the glass for months. The kitchen after a stretch of cooking every night. Booking a whole-home cleaning to deal with one room doesn't make much sense, so EEB lets you start with the room itself.

Bathrooms can be booked completely on their own, at the level the room needs. Kitchen, bedroom and living room cleaning can be set up as a focused visit too.

We clean homes across Nassau County and the Town of Babylon, the rest of Suffolk County, Brooklyn and the rest of New York City.

Bathroom Cleaning On Its Own

  • The price depends on the room type (and bathroom type), the cleaning level, the room's condition, clutter that has to be moved before cleaning starts, how many bathrooms are done in one visit, and add-ons.

  1. Half bathroom: toilet, sink or vanity, mirror
  2. Standard full bathroom: toilet, sink or vanity, tub or shower
  3. Large or primary bathroom: toilet, single or double vanity, tub and a separate shower
  4. Luxury or spa bathroom: double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, larger surfaces

Standard, Deep Or Restoration

Standard. A maintenance clean of the fixtures, tub or shower, toilet, mirrors and floor.

Deep. Heavier soap scum, grout scrubbing, baseboards, and detail work behind the toilet and around fixtures.

Restoration. For a bathroom that hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time: thick soap scum, mineral deposits, years of grime, surface mold staining or a heavy odor. Restoration addresses surface staining; it isn't mold remediation.

Extreme build-up, long-term neglect or unsafe conditions may need restoration-level pricing after an in-person assessment. Signs of sewage, rodent droppings, blood or extensive mold growth are handled through our specialized cleaning services instead.

More Than One Bathroom, Or Every Few Weeks

If several bathrooms are cleaned in the same visit, each additional bathroom costs less than the first (Standard and Deep only; restoration bathrooms are priced individually). A recurring bathroom-only plan keeps them on a schedule every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, billed every 4 weeks. Subscribers can add a deep bathroom clean at a reduced rate, recommended about every 24 weeks.

Kitchen, Bedroom And Living Room Cleaning

A kitchen visit covers counters, sink, appliance fronts and floors, with degreasing and appliance cleaning as options. Inside the oven and refrigerator can be added or booked on their own. Bedroom visits cover dusting, surfaces and floors, with bed-making available.

Living room cleaning covers dusting, surfaces and floors, and can be paired with upholstery, carpet or window cleaning. These visits are quoted after we review your details. If more than two or three rooms need work, a whole-home clean usually covers it better.

Can I book just one bathroom? −
Yes. Standalone bathroom cleaning is its own service. You don't need to book any other rooms.
What does a bathroom deep clean include? +
Heavier soap scum removal, grout scrubbing, baseboards, and detail work behind the toilet and around the faucets and fixtures, on top of everything in a standard bathroom clean.
What does a kitchen deep clean consist of? +
Counters, backsplash (where the surface is suitable), sink, appliance fronts and floors, with degreasing where grease has built up. Inside the oven and refrigerator are add-ons you can include in the same visit.
What's the average price to clean a bathroom? +
It depends on the bathroom type and the level it needs. A powder room on a standard clean and a spa bathroom that needs restoration are very different jobs. The booking form shows your exact price after you sign in.
My bathroom has mold. Can you clean it? +
Surface mold staining can be addressed in a restoration clean. Extensive mold growth isn't something a bathroom cleaning covers. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll let you know how it needs to be handled.
