The new kitchen is in, the floors are down, the paint is dry, and everything is covered in a fine layer of dust that seems to come back no matter how many times you wipe it. There are paint flecks on the windows, adhesive on the fixtures, and grit in every track and corner.
Construction dust is finer than household dust and settles on every surface, including the ones you can't see. Getting it out takes a methodical clean, top to bottom. That's what EEB's post-construction cleaning is for.

What A Post-Construction Clean Covers
- Construction dust removed from surfaces, ledges, trim and fixtures

Cleaning At Each Stage Of The Project
Rough clean. Before the final trades finish: debris cleared and heavy dust removed so the next stage can start.
Standard clean. A general clean mid-project, or for a smaller renovation where one thorough pass is enough.
Final clean. The detailed clean that makes a space ready to move into, list or hand over, top to bottom, including safely reachable ceilings, high surfaces and light fixtures when they're in your quote.
Heavy or detailed clean. For a full gut renovation or work done without much dust containment.
Touch-up clean. A short follow-up after the final walkthrough, for the punch list.
Add-Ons
Paint, sticker and adhesive removal, cabinet detailing beyond a standard wipe-down, heavy drywall dust removal, extra window residue, and construction debris haul-away. Each is a separate line, so you only pay for it when it's needed. Floor stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning can follow the final clean.

What To Expect
Before
Residential jobs can be priced online after sign-in. Larger commercial sites, and the heaviest-condition jobs, are quoted after review or seen in person first. Book the final clean for when the trades are finished.
During
The crew works top to bottom so dust that falls is picked up on the way down, finishing with floors.
After
The space is ready for the walkthrough, move-in or listing photos. A touch-up clean handles anything on the punch list.
