If you manage an office, a medical suite, a store or a whole building, you already know the cleaning doesn't stop. Trash fills up, restrooms need attention every day, and floors show every bit of foot traffic. EEB's janitorial services take that routine off your plate, on a schedule that works around your hours.

We work with businesses across Nassau County, the Town of Babylon and the rest of Long Island, and in Queens, Brooklyn and the other NYC boroughs. You tell us how your building is used, we put together a cleaning plan and a quote, and we keep it on track visit after visit.

People use the two terms loosely. At EEB, janitorial service means ongoing upkeep: the same tasks done on a regular schedule so the building stays in working order.

Commercial cleaning is the wider category, and it also includes one-time and specialty jobs such as a deep clean before a move-in, post-construction cleanup or floor stripping and waxing.

Many of our clients have both: a janitorial schedule for the day-to-day, plus a deeper service a few times a year.

You can provide your own cleaning products and equipment, or EEB can bring professional-grade products.

For large facilities that use a lot of product, a supply or equipment fee is added to the price, and we'll show it on your quote.

We ask that a few basics stay on site: a broom and dustpan, a mop and bucket, a toilet brush, garbage liners, hand soap and paper towels.

Each visit follows the plan agreed in your quote. EEB may use supervisory or quality-control checks as part of the service; the type and frequency depend on your account and plan. If something on site looks damaged or fragile, we may leave it alone rather than risk making it worse, and we'll let you know.
