Time makes you eligible for a review. Performance and business need decide advancement, and EEB management approves it in writing. Ranges are potential pay and overlap, so moving to a new level doesn't move your pay by itself. Pay is hourly: EEB does not currently offer bonuses or commissions. Paid at least twice a month.
Full-time is a separate opportunity, not an automatic step. Full-time positions are created only when EEB has a continuing business need. Working extra hours for a while doesn't create full-time status, and part-time employees aren't required to be converted to full-time. See the full path on Career Paths.
How we hire for this role
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes, and a résumé or LinkedIn link helps.
- Short interview by video or phone.
- Practical exercise, under an hour: Draft a post-service follow-up message and a reply to a cleaner applicant, then explain how you'd track both.
- Written offer with a pay notice (NYS LS 54), then paid onboarding and training.
